Membership Application
The Azalea Coast Amateur Radio Club (AC4RC) is a non-profit organization devoted to the enhancement of amateur radio and to all amateur radio interests. We invite you to join and become a member of this exciting club.
The club owns, maintains and operates a 2-meter repeater on 147.180 + with 88.5 access tone. The repeater features an open phone patch, auto dialer, weather alert receiver, weather monitoring equipment, and a 440 MHz link access. A weekly 2-meter net, which is open to all amateurs, is held each Monday night at 9:00 PM, on the club repeater for rag chewing and informing members of coming events and club meetings.
Meetings are normally held on a monthly basis - the third Tuesday of each month. In November 2002, the club voted to have a dinner/meeting in February, April, June, August, October and our Holiday party in December. Dinner will start at 6:30 PM. On the odd months (January, March, May July September and November) our non-dinner meetings will be held. The location of this meeting will be announced on the repeater and on the club web site. Rag chews start at 7:00 PM with meeting underway at 7:30 PM. The normal meeting is to conducting club business, having informative technical programs, and carrying on good old one on one conversation covering our favorite hobby amateur radio.
